Revenue share starting at 20% of earned revenue per job About Us Roseville Window and Gutter Cleaning is a growing local business providing top quality exterior services to homeowners and businesses throughout Roseville and the surrounding area, including window washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, bird proofing, dryer vent cleaning, and softwashing. We take pride in reliable, detail oriented work and great customer service. We're looking for a hardworking, dependable Technicians to join our team. You'll be working outdoors, traveling to client properties, and performing a variety of services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, bird proofing, dryer vent cleaning, and soft washing, all with care and attention to detail. Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows using proper tools and techniques Clear debris and clean gutters and downspouts, working safely on ladders Clean roofs and solar panels using appropriate methods and equipment Install bird proofing solutions and perform dryer vent cleaning Perform soft washing on exterior surfaces Inspect roofs, gutters, windows, and solar panels for damage and report issues to management Load, unload, and maintain equipment and supplies Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on site Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights Keep accurate records of completed jobs Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working at heights and using extension ladders Physically able to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Prior experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, softwashing, or similar exterior services is a plus, but not required.
