The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance and repair tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of service. The Service Technician will work on-site, addressing a variety of technical issues and performing routine maintenance. Duties Perform regular maintenance and repair on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing. Conduct property maintenance tasks, equipment servicing. Build and assemble equipment as needed, ensuring all components are functioning correctly. Drive a company van to various job sites, transporting necessary tools and equipment. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair. Proficiency in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting. Capable of building and assembling various types of equipment as required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
