Job Description Loyal Source is looking for a skilled service technician in the Santa Rosa, CA area. Position Overview The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of fire alarm and security systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working independently in the field. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience servicing fire and security systems Experience with Edwards, Bosch, DMP, Genetec, and Silent Knight systems preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Blue Card preferred (or ability to obtain after hire) Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Benefits Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off (PTO)
