CPR Cell Phone Repair in Thornton is looking for a Retail Sales & Electronics Repair Specialist who can confidently work with customers, identify opportunities, close sales, and perform quality electronic device repairs. This is not just a repair bench position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with customers just as much as working on technology. The right person can take a customer from the initial conversation through diagnosis, repair, product recommendations, and final sale. If you're competitive, motivated by commission, comfortable recommending products and services, and already have hands-on electronics repair experience, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Sales & Customer Experience Greet customers and quickly determine their needs Turn walk-ins, phone calls, online leads, and quote requests into sales Recommend the best solution: repair, replace, protect, or upgrade Sell smartphones and other electronic devices Recommend and sell cases, screen protection, chargers, cables, and other accessories Present protection plans and additional services Identify upsell and add-on opportunities with every customer Follow up with customers who requested quotes or did not immediately purchase Build repeat business through excellent customer service Work toward individual and store sales goals Be comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment Electronics Repair Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets Perform screen replacements Perform battery replacements Diagnose and repair charging issues Troubleshoot hardware and software problems Perform device testing and quality-control checks Assist with computers, laptops, gaming consoles, and other electronics based on experience Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Properly document repairs, diagnostics, and customer information Applicants should already have hands-on electronics repair experience. Experience with iPhone and Samsung repairs is strongly preferred. Experience with computers, tablets, game consoles, soldering, or advanced board-level repairs is a major plus. What We're Looking For We want someone who is both sales-minded and technically capable.
