Service Technician Coordinator

Job Responsibilities include:

Billing and Scheduling:

Assist in maintaining installation proposal log; Identify opportunities to increase billable work; Assist in preparing proposals for installations and billable work. Billing service calls from work orders prepared by technicians; Dispatch service technicians, and maintain schedule to keep technicians productive. Summarizing monthly service department results and statistics; Reviewing calls that came through answering service from previous night Customer service responsibilities : Answer phones; Handle all customer service calls as appropriate; Troubleshoot with customers over phone to avoid unnecessarily dispatching technicians; Follow-up with customers to insure satisfaction with service; Participate in on-call customer service program at night and on weekends for additional compensation; Included in the job responsibilities above are opportunities to grow the business and upsell each account in order to increase revenue. Candidate will be expected to participate in all marketing efforts to generate additional service revenue. In addition, the person in this position will also be expected to sign up new oil accounts from inbound calls when the opportunity presents itself. Each of these initiatives will be rewarded with a variable commission plan above base salary. To be successful, candidate must be organized and have excellent PC skills. Additionally, they must like to deal with people, especially over the phone in a customer service role. Also, we are searching for an individual who is self-motivated and likes to be productive.
