Job Description

Nesco Resource is in search of a Sales Representative/Project Manager for one of our clients based in Bridgeport, CT. Must have generator installation experience or be a CT E-1 or E-2 Electrician. Your responsibilities will vary from day to day, and that means flexibility and the ability to learn and adapt on the fly is a must. The challenges will constantly change, so we're looking for someone who can continually find new solutions and creative ways to keep our company moving forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and target new business opportunities in Connecticut and Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland & Orange County, NY. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business (converting installations into service agreements). Conduct qualifying screening of leads including but not limited to factors such as location, budget and scope. Conduct site visits with clients to scope out possible equipment location and requirements considering client objective, load requirements and local and state laws/restrictions. Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding product features and benefits. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts based off requirements discussed during the site visit. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Managing installation scheduled and the crews associated. Manage communication between customers in the installation process and contracts and departments performing work. Ensure all pre-install factors are coordinated for each job including but not limited to permits, subcontractors, equipment and site work. Manage project planning within budget of the estimate. Prioritize tasks and project with changing deadlines and expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required. Must have generator installation experience or be a CT E-1 or E-2 Electrician. OSHA 10 certification required. Proven experience in outside sales or a related field. Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to manage several projects and tasks in a high pace environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software is a plus.

Direct hire with benefits 1st shift, Monday
  • Friday, 8am
  • 5pm Salary range: $50K
