Full Job Description Service Technician Hourly Rate:

$45•60/hr service tech plus Incentives and bonuses (See benefits)

7:00 am•4:00 pm (site specific/on-call hours apply)

Available Summary:

Service technician capable to perform diagnostic service, control work, equipment startup, and preventative maintenance work on commercial HVAC systems, inspecting and suggesting more updated and efficient repairs, equipment and/or systems. Must have knowledge all major brands of commercial HVAC boilers and or A/C systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Complete understanding of HVAC industry equipment Diagnose and service HVAC systems and components Soldering & brazing Able to use trade logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions and approaches to problems. Able to communicate with others as well as factory service representatives to arrive at a needed repair/solution Good communication skills Ability to write an accurate description of services Accurately estimate time and material requirements for repairs and replacement Responsible for assets used on job site Ability to complete all required paperwork in a neat, legible and timely manner Knowledge of tools and equipment needed to complete a job. Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems a plus. Valid CT HVAC license Valid OSHA 10 card Minimum three years commercial service experience
