Field Service Technician Automatic & Revolving Doors

Position Responsibilities:

Install and commission automatic sliding, swinging, folding, and revolving doors at commercial/retail/medical facilities. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical issues. Replace/repair/calibrate/program door components such as sensors, motors, belts, control boards, safety devices, and structural framing according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards and local building codes. Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates, recommendations, and professional service. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent. On-call emergency service calls.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with similar mechanical/electrical systems. Comfortable using hand and power tools, testing meters, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
