Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician specializing in Automatic and Revolving Doors! In this energetic role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of automatic and revolving door systems. Your technical skills and proactive approach will ensure smooth operation, safety, and customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities:
Install and commission automatic sliding, swinging, folding, and revolving doors at commercial/retail/medical facilities. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical issues. Replace/repair/calibrate/program door components such as sensors, motors, belts, control boards, safety devices, and structural framing according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards and local building codes. Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates, recommendations, and professional service. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent. On-call emergency service calls.Qualifications:
Prior experience with similar mechanical/electrical systems. Comfortable using hand and power tools, testing meters, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and work on ladders and lifts as needed. How toApply:
