About the Role We're hiring an experienced Roof Repair & Maintenance Technician to support our growing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with our Field Operations Manager to complete repairs, maintenance, and warranty work—ensuring every roof is safe, secure, and built to last. Experience with gutter installation and related exterior drainage systems is a plus. Key Responsibilities Perform roof repairs and routine maintenance on various systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and TPO. Diagnose roof issues and complete warranty work to customer satisfaction. Communicate professionally with homeowners about scheduling and repairs. Conduct quality walk-throughs and inspections after repair completion. Maintain job records in our CRM, including notes and before/after photos. Keep company vehicles, warehouse, and job sites clean and organized. Manage material waste and trailer disposal as needed. Submit receipts, report any job site incidents, and follow daily protocols. Assist with gutter repairs and installations when needed. Support the Field Operations Manager with other tasks as needed. Requirements 5+ years of roofing experience preferred. Skilled in working with asphalt shingles, tile, metal, and TPO systems. Gutter installation experience preferred. Familiarity with gutter repair, drainage, and water management systems is a plus. Able to safely set up and climb ladders up to 32 ft. Comfortable walking on roofs from flat to 8/12 pitch. Tech-savvy and able to use CRM or mobile job documentation tools. Strong work ethic, dependable, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills with team and customers. Valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes).
