Window Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining windows and related systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Duties Install, repair, and replace windows in various settings according to project specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of window systems to identify issues. Use specialized tools and equipment, including ohmmeters, to diagnose electrical components within window systems. Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service reports. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities. Requirements Proven experience in window installation or repair is preferred. Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is highly desirable. Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual tasks as required. Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
