Position Summary As a Window Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining impact windows and doors at customer homes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Perform service, repair, and adjustment work on impact windows and doors Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving: Water intrusion and leaks Caulking and sealants Window glazing Screens and screen systems Door and window hardware Sliding glass doors Install replacement parts and complete service-related repairs Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Manage inventory, materials, and supplies from a service truck Accurately document completed work and communicate updates to office staff Provide exceptional customer service during all service visits Qualifications Proven experience servicing, repairing, or installing windows and doors Experience troubleshooting water leaks, glazing systems, hardware, screens, caulking, and sliding glass doors Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate a company truck Ability to lift, move, and safely handle window and door panels Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Previous experience as a Window Technician, Door Technician, Glass Technician, or Service Technician is highly preferred Why Join Statewide Windows & Doors?
