About the
Role:
We're hiring a Service Technicia n who will play a critical role in keeping our community safe, functional, and looking its best. You'll handle a variety of maintenance tasks—from routine repairs to apartment turnovers—helping create a comfortable, welcoming home for our residents. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Turn apartments for new residents quickly and professionally Complete work orders and maintenance requests within 2 business days Maintain and repair property systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances Ensure common areas and amenities are clean, safe, and fully functional Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections Help maintain curb appeal through general groundskeeping Follow all safety protocols and PPE usage Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs Accurately document completed tasks in the work order system Support the Service Manager and Community Manager with special projects and community needs What We're Looking For Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, or similar field preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems HVAC and/or EPA Certification strongly preferred CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, and work in varied conditions Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and maintenance safety standards Proficiency with basic tools, maintenance equipment, and online work order systems Why Join?
