Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background marine systems , with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in property maintenance, appliance repair, and field service operations. The Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of marine systems, and other mechanical equipment across various client sites. A valid driver's license is required to facilitate travel between job locations. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of marine systems, Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct equipment repairs using appropriate tools such as volt meters and other troubleshooting equipment. Diagnose mechanical problems related to the marine industry Field service tasks including troubleshooting systems, and component replacements. Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed. Assist with system upgrades or modifications as needed based on client requirements. Skills Proven experience in marine -related service work or as a service technician in marine fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and design plans. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused approach. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between sites. Additional skills such as A/CDC eltrical experience are considered advantageous.
