What You'll Do:
Renovations — kitchens, bathrooms, full room makeovers, demo to finish Concrete — driveways, walkways, patios, steps, patches and repairs Carpentry — framing, trim, doors, shelving, decks, fencing, wood repairs Install appliances (dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, washers/dryers, etc.) Handle bathroom work (toilets, vanities, faucets, shower doors, grab bars) TV mounting, ceiling fans, smart locks, storm doors Drywall patching and general repairs Inspect properties, document work with photos Communicate with customers professionally Work from a job board system (check-in, before/after photos, inspection notes) ───
Requirements:
1+ year handyman, construction, carpentry, or concrete experience Reliable transportation to job sites across Palm Beach/North Broward Own basic hand tools Smartphone (for job board check-ins and photos) Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work on feet all day Clean, professional appearance — you're in customers' homes Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (not required) ───
