We fix phones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles for our neighbors, and we do it the honest way. Free diagnostics, a straight answer about what is wrong, and a real price before we touch anything. We also run a mail-in repair service and handle bulk device repair for local businesses and schools. We are a small team. The person we hire will have their hands on every part of the business and will talk to customers directly, not hide in a back room. What you will do Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, laptops, Chromebooks, and game consoles Handle screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, water damage recovery, and data transfer Give customers clear, honest estimates and explain the repair in plain language Complete mail-in repairs and get them back out the door on schedule Work through bulk device batches for our school and business accounts, tracking each unit through the queue Track parts usage and flag what needs reordering Keep the bench clean and organized What we are looking for Hands-on repair experience, whether that came from a shop, a side hustle, or teaching yourself Steady hands and real patience for small, detailed work The ability to explain a technical problem to someone who is not technical Reliability. A small shop feels every missed shift Comfort working independently once you know the process High school diploma or equivalent Nice to have Micro-soldering or board-level repair experience Experience with Apple and Samsung devices specifically Chromebook fleet repair for school districts
