TECHNICIAN / PUNCH GUY TECH

Are you someone who takes pride in fixing things the right way the first time? We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Repair Technician (Punch Guy Tech) to join our team and help maintain the quality our clients expect.

Position Overview:

This role focuses on completing repairs, punch-list items, and general handyman work. You will be out in the field representing our company, ensuring every job is completed professionally and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete flooring repairs and punch-list items Perform general handyman tasks as needed Inspect work and ensure quality standards are met Communicate professionally with clients on-site Identify issues and provide effective solutions

Qualifications:

✔ Experience in repair work or handyman services ✔ Flooring experience is a plus ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus ✔ Strong attention to detail and reliability ✔ Ability to work independently and stay organized ✔ Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

Compensation:
