NOW HIRING: Septic Service Technician (Grant)

The Septic Industry is growing and so are we - Crotty Services, Inc. is now hiring Septic Service Technicians! We are a family owned company that offers a full range of septic and sitework services. We are seeking hands-on individuals, who are eager to engage all aspects of the industry, from septic installation, aerobic treatment unit maintenance, equipment operation, site work, to pump and dump truck operation.

Job Duties:

conduct aerobic treatment unit inspections; install filters, pumps and risers; assist with pumpouts, load and unload equipment; maintain the shop and vehicles; and act as ground support for system installs.

Requirements:

Valid driver license; knowledge of basic power tools; and pass a pre-employment drug test. •Our pay rates are competitive and we want employees to grow within the company. We provide extensive on the job training in areas of light electrical, basic plumbing, equipment maintenance, general mechanics, and heavy equipment operation. Compensation rates increase rapidly with skill level and training. Additionally, employees enjoy tips, bonuses, after hour charges, and commission.
