Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Filtration Installer/Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in water filtration installations & repair. Plumbing and Electrical knowledge/experience is a plus. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water filtration systems. Build equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Operate tools and other mechanical devices for repairs. Drive company vehicle to service locations as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality. Take point-of-sale payments using our payment system. Communicate with customers. Experience Experience in installing water softeners/water filtration equipment is preferred Customer service skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience in plumbing and electrical is a plus. A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
