Job Description

We are a private golf club and custom fitting/building operation in Brickell looking for a part-time club builder and repair technician. This is a hands-on technical position focused on high-quality club assembly and repair — not a retail sales position.
Responsibilities include:
Regripping clubs and installing grips to specified size/alignment Pulling and installing steel and graphite shafts Shaft tip preparation and trimming Installing OEM adapters Ferrule installation and finishing Epoxy preparation and assembly Cutting clubs to precise finished length Swingweight measurement and adjustment Building irons, wedges, woods and hybrids to provided specifications Basic club repair Checking completed builds for length, swingweight, loft/lie and overall finish Maintaining an organized build area and component inventory We are looking for someone who is meticulous and takes pride in finished work. Clean ferrules, properly aligned grips, accurate measurements and careful handling of premium graphite shafts and components matter more to us than speed. Previous golf club repair/building experience is strongly preferred. Experience at
PGA TOUR
Superstore, Golf Galaxy, Club Champion, True Spec, an independent club builder, golf course repair shop or similar environment is particularly relevant. This position does not require you to fit or sell golf clubs. There may be opportunities to learn additional club-building and fitting skills over time.
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
