We specialize in vending machines, smart stores, micro markets, AI coolers, and cashless payment systems. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team and help maintain our expanding fleet of equipment. Position Summary The Vending Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vending machines, refrigerated equipment, smart coolers, and payment systems at customer locations throughout Southwest Florida. This position requires someone who is mechanically inclined, organized, customer-focused, and capable of working independently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vending machines, snack machines, drink machines, and smart coolers Troubleshoot refrigeration issues, compressors, fans, thermostats, and lighting systems Install and replace cashless card readers and telemetry devices Program vending machines, update pricing, and configure machine settings Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Respond to service calls promptly and professionally Document repairs, parts used, and completed work orders Maintain an organized inventory of commonly used parts in the service vehicle Assist with machine installations, relocations, and removals Communicate with customers regarding service issues and expected repair timelines Keep company vehicles clean and properly stocked Follow all safety procedures and company driving policies Qualifications Previous vending, appliance, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical repair experience preferred EPA Certification is a plus but not required Basic understanding of electrical troubleshooting and use of a multimeter Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals Experience with card readers, MDB systems, and cashless technology is preferred Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules Excellent customer service and communication skills Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid holidays Company vehicle provided during working hours Company phone provided Uniforms provided Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing company Monday through Friday schedule with limited weekend work
