Sales Associate & Customer Service Responsibilities:

Assist customers in choosing the right lighting and battery products Explain product options clearly and professionally Offer product recommendations and explain all available services to customers Experience Proven experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets with knowledge of operating systems like Android and iOS Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting software issues on Windows or macOS platforms Skilled in using hand tools, soldering equipment, schematics, and other technical tools for precise repairs Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex device problems efficiently Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments is preferred but not required Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to excellence in device repair and customer satisfaction.
