In this role, you will manage the inventory, ordering, receiving, and distribution of automotive parts required for collision repairs. You will work closely with estimators and repair technicians to ensure the correct parts are available on time, minimizing vehicle downtime and maximizing shop efficiency. Key responsibilities Parts management : Order, receive, inspect, and catalog all incoming OEM and aftermarket collision parts. Quality control : Mirror-match delivered parts against damaged vehicle components and estimate sheets to verify accuracy and quality before distribution. Inventory control : Maintain an organized parts department, track inventory levels, and process returns for unused or damaged parts promptly. Team collaboration : Provide repair technicians with the correct parts and hardware required for each specific repair order. Vendor relations : Maintain strong working relationships with parts vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working directly within an automotive parts department (collision center experience preferred). Technical skills : Proficiency with electronic parts catalogs ( EPC ) and collision management software (e.g., CCC ONE). Attention to detail : Strong ability to identify automotive components and detect shipping damage or incorrect orders. Physical requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Must successfully complete a background investigation.
