Must be 21+ years old. What You'll Do You'll go to customers' homes and fix problems with windows, entry doors, and vinyl siding . Act professional and respectful at all times. Your main job is to figure out what is wrong, fix it correctly, and leave the customer happy. Windows You'll work on things like: Window balances Sashes Glass packs Shims Window frames Locks and other window parts Windows that are hard to open, close, or lock Other Work You may also: Inspect jobs and figure out what needs to be fixed. Measure openings and parts. Replace or adjust damaged parts. Use a metal brake. Use ladders and forklifts safely. Load and unload trucks. Get the warehouse ready for installers each day. Help an installation crew when needed. Complete service appointments. Talk with customers and the office about what you found and what needs to be done.
