Now Hiring For:
Production Operators String & Module Repair/Rework Job Responsibilities Depending on position, duties may include: Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assemble and inspect solar modules according to company quality standards Perform string and module repair/rework to identify and correct defects Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily goals Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready Work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Training available for the right candidates Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must be able to work assigned day or night shift Benefits We offer competitive benefits, including: ✔ Health Benefits ✔ 401(k) ✔ Paid Time Off (PTO) ✔ Career Growth Opportunities ✔ Stable Full-Time Employment Why SunElement?
