Position Summary The Service and Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, configuring, and maintaining managed mobile and endpoint devices. This role ensures that devices are fully functional, secure, and compliant with customer requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on managed mobility devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and rugged/end‑user devices. Troubleshoot connectivity issues (cellular, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, VPN) Replace or repair device components such as screens, batteries, cameras, ports, and peripherals where applicable. Manage device inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle activities (activation, swap, repair, return, and decommissioning) Ensure devices comply with security, compliance, and configuration standards. Document repairs, configurations, and resolutions within ticketing or asset management systems. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and manufacturers for warranty claims, escalations, and replacements.
Qualifications :
Associate / BS or BA degree in Business, or equivalent experience 1-3 years experience in testing and repair of electronic devices, computer configuration or related fields Working knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint on a daily basis Able to meet assignment deliverables and deadlines while working on multiple concurrent tasks Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Interact effectively within a team environment Service experience handling Apple products Apply Now
