Sandy Springs / Atlanta, GA $13-$18/hour + Bonuses & Commission (based on experience) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician / Electronics Repair Technician to join our growing team in the Sandy Springs/Atlanta area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in smartphone repair, electronics troubleshooting, or device diagnostics who wants to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring devices, while also delivering excellent customer service and contributing to store sales. What You'll Do Device Repair & Diagnostics Diagnose and repair: iPhones & Android devices Tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles Perform repairs including: Screen replacements Battery replacements Charging port repairs Camera, speaker, and hardware repairs Troubleshoot device issues and recommend solutions Ticketing & Workflow Management Create and update repair tickets (POS system) Track repairs from check-in to completion Communicate status updates to customers Ensure accurate documentation of repairs Quality Control Fully test devices before returning to customers Minimize rework, defects, and warranty returns Maintain high repair accuracy and efficiency Customer Service & Sales Assist walk-in customers and answer questions Provide repair quotes and turnaround times Recommend add-ons such as: Screen protectors Accessories Device protection plans Deliver a 5-star customer experience Inventory & Store Support Track parts usage and notify team of low inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area Support overall store operations during busy periods What We're Looking ForRequired Skills Experience in cell phone repair, electronics repair, or technical troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred (Nice to Have) 1+ year experience repairing smartphones (Apple, Samsung, etc.) Experience with POS or ticketing systems Basic knowledge of soldering or board-level repair Sales or upselling experience Compensation & Benefits $13-$18/hour (based on experience) Performance bonuses (repair volume & sales) Commission opportunities on accessories and services Growth opportunities (advanced repair training, leadership roles)
