REPAIR SALES TECHNICIAN

to join our team! Ideal candidates will exhibit a "positive and outgoing, can do" personality. You will be responsible for handling customers dearly valued personal mobile tech. If you are a natural "tinkerer" and have a gift for trouble shooting and fixing electronics we can train you in this extremely valuable life skill that will be a huge asset for years to come. Pay depends on skill level and as you reach top tier repair skills you will qualify for our monthly bonus as well as your hourly wage. Not only will you learn a very valuable skill, you will also attain Apple certifications as well as WISE and Samsung certifications to add to your professional portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Exhibit a "positive and outgoing" personality while assisting guests Customer facing, one on one, interactions Trouble shoot and repair mobile devices Communicate knowledgeably to guest's what options and solutions are available to solve their concerns Respect customers private information and follow company rules to never snoop through customer's data. Comprehend sales goals and metrics Efficiently handle workflow Update repair status and notate tickets Maintain a clean and organized work space Resolve basic software issues IT experience is a plus Able to work weekends

Qualifications:

Works well in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary Previous experience in wireless is a plus Previous sales experience in a sales enviorment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot devices Ability to lift no more than 50lbs, over their head Ability to, reasonably, move throughout the our store while assisting guests Attitude, Attitude, Attitude! We want someone that has a great attitude and can train on everything else! "Attitude determines Altitude!!"
