Job Description

Locally owned business seeking a hard working individual who is open to learning and growth with a great Company! The RIGHT person for this position has the following characteristics: Honesty, trustworthy, integrity Speak English and communicate effectively Able to follow directions In healthy physical condition Have a current driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a physical exam in order to be fit tested for respirator Able to lift 50+ pounds

Primary Duties:

Demolition, building containment, set-up and remove equipment Detail cleaning Respond to emergency calls after hours and weekends Daily communication with supervisor Document work - input notes on jobs, obtain customer signature(s) on required forms Communicate effectively with customers Water extraction Mold/sewage removal & cleaning Fire/smoke damage cleaning Biohazard remediation Complete detailed documentation - written and electronic (DASH) Manage job from beginning to end and oversee helpers
