Diagnostics & Repairs:
iPhones, iPads, tablets, and Samsung devices (Samsung experience is highly preferred).
Common Fixes:
Screen replacements, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and back glass.
Customer Service:
Greeting walk-ins, checking in devices, explaining repairs, and processing payments.
Who You Are:
Experienced:
1+ years of hands-on device repair experience preferred.
Reliable & Trustworthy:
Honest, punctual, and able to manage the shop independently.
Fast & Precise:
Most of our repairs are done in 30-60 minutes—speed and quality are key.
Great Communicator:
Comfortable handling customers professionally from intake to completion.
