Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. This position will involve installations, maintenance, and repair of pool tables and other table game or amusement equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair arcade games, pinball machines, and redemption equipment Perform routine preventive maintenance and part replacements Respond quickly and efficiently to game issues on the floor Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces and tech zones Provide friendly, professional customer service when assisting guests Support the setup of new machines and game area layouts Maintain accurate logs of repairs and machine performance Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting Qualifications On job training available but technical knowledge is a must Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

PREFERRED SKILLS
