Description Summary:
The 3E Value Add Shop specializes in electrical assembly to support 3E's diverse customer base. Our work ranges from soldering wires and assembling switch components to building complete wire harnesses. Our technicians prioritize quality while efficiently completing various work orders. We are currently seeking Assemblers to join our team in producing high-quality products for Reports to:
Foreman Minimum Qualifications:
+ Understanding of continuous improvement principles + Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. + Good eyesight with accurate color vision + Strong manual dexterity + Willingness to work overtime as needed + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

N/A Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in a shop. You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
