Job Description
Elevated Roofing Partners is looking for an experienced part-time Roof Repair Technician to help with residential roofing repairs, leak calls, small service jobs, warranty items, and jobsite follow-up work. We are a veteran-owned, family rooted roofing company built on clean work, strong communication, and doing things the right way. This role is a good fit for someone who knows roofing, can troubleshoot problems, works safely, and takes pride in representing the company well in front of homeowners. Responsibilities Perform residential roof repairs, including shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots, minor leak repairs, and related service work Diagnose roof leaks and clearly document the issue with photos and notes Complete small repair jobs efficiently and professionally Communicate clearly with the office, sales team, and homeowners when needed Take before, during, and after photos of repair work Pick up or organize materials for repair jobs when needed Keep work areas clean and protect the customer's property Follow all safety standards while working on roofs, ladders, and around job sites Requirements Roofing experience required, repair experience strongly preferred Ability to identify common leak sources and repair issues Comfortable working on ladders and residential roofs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and attention to detail Able to take clear job photos and provide simple notes after each repair Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently Preferred Experience Asphalt shingle repairs Flashing repairs Pipe boot replacement Vent and ridge vent repairs Chimney and wall flashing Minor dry rot or decking repair Gutter repair or gutter guard experience Customer service experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible part-time schedule Steady repair and service work as jobs come in Professional company with strong local growth Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the repair division expands Support from a team that values clean work, communication, and doing the job right How to Apply Send your name, roofing experience, availability, and a brief description of the types of repairs you are comfortable handling.
