Join our team at Automated Dairy as a Service Technician and become a crucial part of our mission to support dairy production at its best! As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining dairy equipment. Don't worry if you're new to some aspects - we provide comprehensive training in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, welding, refrigeration, and pneumatic skills. Salary:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls and dairy emergencies. Complete scheduled maintenance work orders. Manage and regulate truck inventory levels to ensure readiness for any situation. Obtain and maintain all required certifications. Foster positive relationships with both customers and coworkers. Communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in utilizing various tools, including phones and computers, is a must for tasks such as handling service calls, completing work orders, and utilizing on-site training tools, inventory management, and time tracking. Ability to work independently with little supervision. The position entails 8-hour shifts with on-call rotations. Must be able to take and pass a physical agility test, background, and drug test.
