M-F Job Description:
The soldering technician performs precision assembly rework and repair of electronic components and printed circuit boards Work includes high level hand soldering of through- hole and SMT components troubleshooting electronic assemblies and ensuring all repairs meet quality and functional standards duties require excellent manual dexterity magnified work and strict adherence to
ESD Responsibilities:
Perform manual soldering and desoldering on through-hole and SMT components. Rework defects such as solder bridges, cold joints, lifted pads, damaged traces and missing components. Handle fine pitch parts ICS and micro components with extreme accuracy. Inspect and solder joints and component placements under a microscope and magnifier. Use multimeters, OSP oscilloscopes and other test equipment to verify functionality. Followed define troubleshooting guise and test procedures to diagnose issues down the component level. Record repair data test results and root cause findings in company system.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma 2-4 years of experience in electronic assembly, PCB repair, or manufacturing Experience is ESD controlled environments Apply online now at www.fssstaff.com or contact the office at 704-702-8077.
