As a Service Technician , you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and improving the performance of products that support energy-efficient solutions around the world. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to apply your technical skills while contributing to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement . What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair returned products—often down to component level—and prepare them for safe return to customers Coordinate service activities , including receiving, scheduling, evaluating, and shipping repaired equipment Track and report repair data to identify failure trends and support quality and product improvements Support continuous improvement by recommending corrective actions and maintaining test equipment and spare parts inventory What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical training) Foundational experience in electronic troubleshooting, including reading schematics and using test equipment Hands-on skills in soldering, component replacement, and standard repair practices Comfort using computer-based systems for documentation, along with basic knowledge of shipping/receiving processes What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $45,000 - $65,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
