We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as service technicians. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on ice makers, fountain equipment, and frozen carbonated beverage systems Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment, identifying the root cause of malfunctions Regular inspections are conducted to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of refrigeration systems Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including documentation of parts used and work performed Respond to service calls promptly, provide excellent customer service, and efficiently resolve issues Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete larger projects or complex repairs Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with refrigeration systems Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company van to various job sites EPA certification and Refrigeration Certification- Ability to maintain, repair, and install various types of refrigeration equipment Proficiency in using tools and equipment common to the trade, such as gauges, meters, torches, and welding equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately. Previous experience as a refrigeration technician or in a related field, such as appliance repair or mechanical maintenance Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Flexibility to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings Ability to climb up to 24' ladder and conduct roof work as required
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor Experience with basic hand tools and/or light installation preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
