Our organization is committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality window and door products. We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Window Service Technician. We offer a company vehicle and all necessary tools to support your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform service and address warranty issues for window products, patio doors, and casements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site by manually repairing defects and meeting customer needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving problems. Replace defective parts and address any operational issues with windows and doors. Diagnose and report issues such as water infiltration, bowed panels, and interlock problems to the Quality Department for review.
Qualifications:
Preferred 1-3 years of experience in installing windows and doors. Knowledge of custom window and door installations. Ability to perform minor trim work around windows and patio doors, both inside and outside. Strong customer service experience with a focus on troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver's license and the ability to provide a driver's record acceptable to our insurance.
Additional Information:
Willingness to travel up to 350 miles a day as required. Monday-Friday day shift schedule with varying start and end times based on service location. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you! Apply Today!
