In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients' equipment operates efficiently and reliably, delivering exceptional service that keeps their businesses running smoothly. Duties Perform comprehensive appliance repairs, including kitchen equipment and refrigeration units, ensuring optimal functionality. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes swiftly. Conduct HVAC system repairs and maintenance, including air conditioning units and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems. Install new appliances and mechanical systems in commercial settings following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and maintenance schedules. Operate company vehicles responsibly to reach job sites promptly while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings effectively. Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and HVAC technology. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance operations (MRO), and construction environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology trends and best practices for maintenance and repair.
