Positions:

(1) Service Technician - this role requires a well-round, skilled maintenance technician to perform daily work order repairs at residential and multi-family properties. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week and requires On-Call rotation. (2) Preventative Technician - this role requires a task driven and well organized individual to perform daily work orders such as Smoke Alarm inspections, Air Filter changes and Lock changes. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week and requires On-Call rotation. Duties Troubleshoot and repair issues reported to Office by Tenants. Minor electrical experience replacing light fixtures, sockets and light switches. Maintain plumbing systems through repairs, leak detection, and pipe replacement. Able to perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance. Including auguring sinks, toilets, and occasional sewer mains. Capable of resetting toilets and repair/replacement of faucets, etc. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs efficiently. Oversee building interior maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and general facilities upkeep. Use Appfolio Property Manager to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Work Order Timer system utilized to track work hours. Lead or collaborate with team members on complex repairs or projects requiring mechanical knowledge or specialized skills including vanity, countertop, and cabinetry replacement. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while providing excellent customer service to tenants or property managers. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC system repair and plumbing maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach when interacting with tenants or property staff. Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking work orders and maintenance activities.
