Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specificationsUse Ford-approved diagnostic tools and service equipmentConduct multipoint inspections and communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needsAccurately complete repair orders and warranty documentationMaintain current knowledge of Ford technical bulletins and service proceduresEnsure all work meets dealership quality and safety standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area Preferred Qualifications Ford OEM training and certificationsExperience with Ford
