$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to perform field service, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial windows and doors. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical or construction experience who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair windows and doors in the field Perform service repairs, adjustments, and installations as needed Conduct job site walk-throughs to assess service requirements Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance Maintain accurate service records and complete follow-up documentation Manage service vehicle inventory and ensure tools and materials are stocked Schedule and maintain service vehicle upkeep Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols Qualifications Mechanical, construction, or hands-on trade experience required Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work at heights when needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer systems for service updates Work Environment Field-based service work Residential and commercial job sites Physical, hands-on role
