  • $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication Electronic circuits repair for biomedical equipment Machine repair Client inquiry handling Hardware maintenance High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Problem-solving Advanced electronics troubleshooting for biomedical equipment Customer service problem-solving Full Job Description Duties•Diagnose and repair electronic equipment•Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues•Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality•Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of repaired devices•Keep accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed•Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Experience•Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field•Troubleshoot problems to board level or sub-assembly to determine root cause of failure•Familiarity with test equipment (e.
g. patient simulators, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment)
  • Technical High School Graduate or College Level Training preferred
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of electronic devices
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in electronics repair
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals to aid in the repair process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
