• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, including computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
• Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality
• Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of repaired devices
• Keep accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of electronic devices
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in electronics repair
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals to aid in the repair process
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
