This role combines hands-on device repair, troubleshooting, and customer engagement to ensure our clients experience seamless connectivity and optimal device performance. You will work with a variety of operating systems, including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and assist customers in selecting the right products. Your energetic approach will help drive sales while delivering top-tier support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, utilizing soldering skills and hand tools for hardware repairs. Troubleshoot software issues across Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems to restore device functionality efficiently. Use schematics and technical manuals to analyze hardware problems and perform precise repairs on circuit boards and internal components. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting retail clients with device setup, troubleshooting software problems, and explaining product features. Conduct field service visits to client locations for on-site repairs or technical support as needed. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken to ensure quality control and knowledge sharing. Stay current with industry trends by continuously updating your knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and repair techniques. Qualifications Proven experience working with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets across multiple platforms including Android and iOS. Strong understanding of computer hardware components and the ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Skilled in soldering techniques and using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs. Familiarity with operating systems like macOS and Windows for software troubleshooting and system optimization. Excellent analysis skills to identify issues quickly and determine effective solutions. Ability to provide technical support both in-store and in the field with professionalism and enthusiasm. Prior retail sales experience is a plus, along with strong communication skills to engage customers effectively.
