Job Description

Restoration and Repair Technician Sudbury, MA $25
  • $30 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time $25
  • $30 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time The restoration and renovation technician is responsible for performing demolition work in residential properties, following water or mold damage.
The technician will work under the guidance of a lead technician and project manager, and is expected to work cooperatively in a team. This is a labor-intensive construction-related position. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow. At least one year of water mitigation technician work is preferred, but not required. Residential building experience is also preferred.
Job Duties:
  • Carry out a scope of work for each job, provided by the project manager
  • Take photos before, during, and after demolition, and after setting drying equipment.
  • Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.
Qualifications:
  • Be ready, willing, and able to work. Show up on time every day with a good attitude and a willingness to take direction
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.
  • WTR certification preferred, not required

  • Restoration, 1 year (Preferred)
