To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Framing:

Building or renovating walls, decks.

Finish Carpentry:

Trim, crown molding, baseboard, railings.

Windows/Doors:

Installing interior & exterior doors and windows.

Drywall:

Installation, repairing, finishing, and painting.

Cabinetry:

Installing kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. The following skills are desirable and will train the right candidate in these areas:

Roofing:

Roof tune-ups, fascia replacement, soffits.

Tiling:

install shower and bathroom wall and floor tiles.

Requirements Carpentry experience 4+ years Valid Driver's License, good driving record Ability to lift 100 lbs. + Comfortable on roofs and ladders, sometimes 40' high
