Operations Manager Skill/Qualifications:
  • Maintain a high standard of Punctuality, Reliability and Professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Mechanical Skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to acquire required certifications (paid for by company)
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for extended periods of time. (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License. (Required) Job Description & Responsibilities include:
  • Load, unload, and move products, materials, and skids manually or using material handling equipment.
  • Operate plant and on-site equipment upon completion of required training.
  • Perform daily inspections and light preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Complete on-site tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Perform deliveries and pickups from customer sites in a timely manner.
  • Complete all required forms, logs, and documentation related to assigned duties.
  • Ensure safe driving practice when operating company vehicles.
  • Operate a forklift upon receiving proper certification and training.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and applicable codes.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Assist with cross-departmental tasks and assignments as required.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance when needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling and task changes with the Operations Manager.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
