We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and helping homeowners protect their biggest investment. Whether you have construction experience or are eager to learn a skilled trade, we'll provide the tools and support you need to succeed. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Positive attitude Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn Excellent customer service What You'll Do Service and maintain basement waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation repair systems. Perform warranty work and diagnose customer concerns. Recommend repair or upgrade solutions when needed. Install service products according to company quality and safety standards. Complete job documentation using a tablet. Deliver a remarkable customer experience on every job. Qualifications Construction, mechanical, or related trade experience preferred. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Comfortable working in basements, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces.
