Hardware Installer Starting Pay Range:
$20
- $24 per hour (salary based on experience)
Role Summary:
As a Hardware Installer, you will play a crucial role in our operations by installing a variety of products for residential and commercial builders. Your expertise in multi-product installation will be essential in ensuring the successful installation of products such as shower doors, closet shelving, bathroom accessories, door hardware, and more.
Responsibilities:
Onsite preparation and installation of hardware for commercial and residential buildings including, but not limited to, closet shelving, mirrors, door hardware, bath accessories, handicap grab bars, shower doors, medicine cabinets, and window blinds based on blueprints/house plans Measurement and take-offs for upcoming jobs as scheduled Completion of daily reports, correspondence, and routine paperwork as required Coordination with Production Manager in relation of job information Ensure all material and equipment are prepared and properly loaded in accordance with upcoming work schedule Completion of start-to-finish service work as needed Adherence to company safety standards during all duties Flexibility to adhere to the schedule and complete work in a timely manner Training of Helpers as needed Additional duties as required
Experience and Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent Strong math and measurement skills Strong hand and power tool use experience Valid Driver's License with clean driving record OSHA certification (strongly preferred)
Construction Experience:
3 years (preferred) Ability to lift up to 75 pounds This position may also be a great fit for candidates with experience as a construction installer, installation technician, finish carpenter, construction laborer, field technician, maintenance technician, home remodelers, or skilled trades professionals with experience using hand tools and power tools in residential or commercial construction environments.
