The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in roofing repair, maintenance, and installation, along with a solid understanding of roofing systems and safety protocols. Experience with siding, gutters, and windows is a plus. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Duties Inspect, diagnose, and repair roof systems including asphalt shingles, TPO, modified bitumen, and other common materials. Perform leak investigations and execute permanent, warrantied repairs. Complete small scope roof replacements or system upgrades when necessary. Install and repair flashing, vents, drip edge, and other roof components. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on siding, gutters, and windows as needed. Provide on-site evaluations and assist with estimating repairs or service work. Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers about scope of work and findings. Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company standards for job site safety. Maintain accurate records of service visits, materials used, and repairs completed. Keep service truck stocked, organized, and maintained. Qualifications Proven experience in roofing (repairs, maintenance, and installations). Familiarity with multiple roofing systems (shingle, flat, low-slope, etc.). Ability to diagnose leaks and perform quality, lasting repairs. Experience with siding, gutters, and windows is a strong plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills. Comfortable working at heights and on ladders. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team.
